Ham and Lentil Soup

Ingredients: 

1 Onion - Finely Sliced
1 Potato - Chopped
1/2 Cup Lentils
300ml Milk
500ml Stock
Smoked Ham - Chopped

Large Saucepan

Method: 

Heat some oil in a large pan and fry the onion until soft.

Add the chopped potato, lentils, milk and stock to the pan and bring to a simmer.

When the ingredients are cooked, blend until smooth.

Return the blended soup to the pan and add the smoked ham. Gently simmer until the ham is warmed through.

Season with salt and pepper as required.
