Ingredients:
1 ½ kilos red seedless grapes
Caster Sugar
White Wine Vinegar
Course:
Chutneys & Jams
Serves:
12
Cooking Time:
30 - 40 Mins
Equipment:
Frying Pan
Small Sharp Knife
Method:
Halve the grapes.
Gently heat a frying pan and add a desert spoon of caster sugar and a splash of white wine vinegar to the pan.
Add enough grapes to nearly cover the surface of the pan. Stir continuously, occasionally adding more grapes to the pan as they reduce.
Eventually the mixture will start to thicken, when this happens, remove from the heat and pour into a serving dish.
Allow the mixture to cool then store in a fridge till required.
